Returns & Exchanges

At RETROFÊTE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon request.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging, attach the return label securely to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
