When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Retrofête ships worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the weight of your order.
How do I care for my sequined and embellished garments?
Due to the delicate nature of our hand-beaded and sequined pieces, we recommend professional dry cleaning only to maintain the integrity of the fabric and embellishments.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. Therefore, we are unable to cancel or modify an order once it has been confirmed.
